After working in the hotel industry for many years and inspired by recipes from her well travelled Grandparents , Elisa Coppelman created the artisan herb and spice company, Noank Nibbles.

These hand blended, delicious, healthy, GLUTEN FREE herb and spice mixes & rubs first made their debut at The Noank Farmers Market and grew to be sold at Big Y Supermarkets, Groton Submarine Base, Mohegan Sun Casino and numerous wine festivals and special events throughout New England.

The hand drawn LOGO and labels for Liveys Lavender Tea and Sailors Spice were created by her amazing , brilliant , beautiful artist daughter Rachel who tragically passed away at age 30 in June 2022.

Rachel was a graduate of Tufts University / School of the Museum of Fine Arts

Noank Nibbles was created in the charming, seaside village of Noank, Connecticut, and partnered for five years until The Covid Pandemic with The Groton Public Schools , LIFE SKILLS  Special Education Program :
